I'm not sure just from the pictures, how long since the cutting was taken? It looks like it needs more humidity while the roots develop.
My advice is to get out and spray it with a mist of water multiple times per day. Whenever you see it drying up, give it a top up. The roots should start to develop within a week and you'll notice it start to grow.

I'd say you introduced it to the sun too quickly, but I don't know too much about outdoor growing so keep that in mind.

The cutting is still young. Keep her out of direct light for another week.

The roots are just starting to grow and will find it hard to draw up moisture from the soil. While the roots develop (7-14 days) it's best to foliage water them with a mist. If you know how to use a humidity tent without burning your plant then that will keep you from watering too much.
Otherwise just continue it until you notice the stem and leaves gain strength, then she will be ready to start vegging and you can move it into direct sunlight.

Don't keep her in full shade all day. But rather somewhere that has shade and light, or diffused light.

Cut the top off a 2 ltr soda bottle poke a few holes maybe 4 or 5 in it and place it on top in as said, 'diffused light' mist the dome and cutting once or twice a day if dry, then as it gets older remove the dome increasing the time each day and increase the direct sunlight each day. Doing this you sould get away with watering about once a week.
