Is my plant dead?

Pretty stupid question right lol Anyways I just checked my plant for the first time in like 30 hours and it went from looking great except some burns around the leaves (which I added nutrients to fix, you can see about it another dd thread I just had). Anyways now it looks like this, but the bud still looks okay at least. So is there any saving this plant, or should I just begin drying my bud

LOL not dead, but very close. You might (and this is a big might) be able to revive it. One question though, why would you add nutes to fix a nute burn?

Well I was not sure what the burn was. But I mentioned in my post about the burn that I had not added nutes in about a week (and im using aerogarden nutes). They said my problem was probably no nutes because since my plant is budding its using up more nutes. So I added more nutes. Now it looks like this. Any suggestions? Or should I start drying

Should I put any new nutrients or just straight water.

I dont got anything to test the ph. Is tap water normally good. I'm going to try to go to the store tomorrow though and get stuff to test it Also I just noticed the water in there is warm as bath water. Is that bad?

use some room temp bottled water for now then
my tap water here is 6.2-6.5 so i can use mine if i choose which i do, but i let it sit out and add some conditioning liquids to get the ph, hardness etc to where i want it
it looks like the nutrients are locked out to me and possible burn
your plant needs a lot of nitrogen during vegetative growth but needs less during flowering and more phosphorous during flowering as well

Okay, so what does that mean I should do if flushing my plant revives it. I'm a first time grower and don't know a lot yet.

It just means stop using the aerogarden nutes and get some proper hydro nutrients made for flowering specifically. People seem to like the foxfarm range.

Okay got it. I will get on that tomorrow, assuming my plant revives. Does anyone got any idea though why this would of happened completely out of nowhere. I have been flowering and using these nutrients for over a month after all.

It sucks, but that's the way problems usually show themselves. They'll semi-healthy the night before. After a good sleep you wake up to check your girls and their all fucked.
Growing indoors you have to recreate the ecosystem inside. As well as getting some proper nutrients, try and get a digital thermometer that shows relative humditity as well as a pH reader. That way you can make sure your girls stay happy and stop any problems early enough so they don't give you a scare like this.

I have used tap water since day one and been fine. But then again I never really knew the pH or flowered. So I'm going to hopefully test it tomorrow if not I'll just use bottled water from here on out cause this grow should not have to much longer left.

well..........
the pH needed is different in flowering than in veggin stages
thats probably why you are just not seeing the problem, if it indeed happens to be a pH issue
tap water also has chlorine, nitrates in it and all this other shit
if you use it you need to let it sit out for 24 hours before using and adding the ferts

Okay, so if that's the case would it actually be possible to use dechlorinator I have for fish tanks?

yes, i have some of that stuff and it balances the pH to around 7 and removes the chlorine and shit
just follow the instructions on the back and get some pH test strips...a digital pH meter would be better but that are around 50 dollars and strips are about 5-10 until you can buy a nice one

Dude did you even read what I said to you in that thread? I said that your plant was using up the WATER and leaving the nutrients behind, causing the burn. I said you should CHANGE your reservoir to get it back to the normal concentration, not give it more nutes. HUGE fucking difference man

Well maybe I should stop smoking when I care for my plant. Okay, now that we have realized the real issue, do you think the plant has a chance? Although I am still slightly confused Harry. I water my plant everyday. So any water that gets used up is replaced. So shouldnt that keep it at a normal concentration
