Chronic back pain from dirt jumping on my bike and landing on my back.. But when I went in and said that he looked at the paper work and he looked at where I had surgery on my ankle for breaking the bone completely off and needing to get it pinned down. He goes; "I can sign you off for your back or I can definitely sign you off for your ankle." I went with my back but if you have had a surgery procedure and you have pain from it you can claim it as your condition easy.

Cool. I have IBD and IBS, which is the condition I will sign up as, but I also hope help it will help for my anxiety, ocd and migraines.

A doc will write you a script for having irritable bowel syndrome? that's one issue i didn't think cannabis impacted.

I have IBS and IBD- that's extreme nasuea for you.
Plus, crohns is on the list, and that's a form of IBD.

My buddy got his in WA for Chron's. Anyone who has it deserves to be able to smoke weed, thats for sure.

Chrons is a form of IBD, a paticulary bad one.
My IBS and IBD just sucks becuase of naseua and a lot of bahtroom time, but I am hoping the card will hit two birds with one stoned. Pun intended. I hope it's good for my anxiety and headaches and ocd.

Yeah pretty much if its something crazy and you need medicine to help you sleep or function then a doc will right you a recommendation for it. One of my friends got a doctor recommendation for his eyes because he has to wear contacts and they hurt, somehow he had medical records for it but the doc wrote him off for it.. I kid you not.
Remember most people want to get you your license.
