Rolling a blunt with a nice cigar

Anyone ever roll a blunt with an expensive cigar, I love the smell of an unlit cigar but hate smoking them unless they have bud in them.... Never used a cigar that you couldn't buy in a gas station. I want to try a blunt with a cohiba like Castro smoked, then toke a it while watching JFK.

I have always wanted to but Gas station cigars, or "Nigars" as we call them around these parts are pretty much made for rolling
If you were to try split a real hand rolled cigar you would probably end up with a big mess of broken up leaves and no "shell" to work with that a Nigar would have

Fine cigars have shells that are 1,000s of times harder to roll with then swishers or phillys. They are generally not fresh at all. Cigarillos are used because the paper is the perfect texture and size. with Big cigars sometimes the wrap in spun right into the tobacco inside the cigar.

Nice cigars dont have ground tobacco in them
its just layer upon layer of dried leaf all the way to the outside

I guess to roll a blunt that would be like a fine cigar on the outside you could buy uncut dried tobacco leaves and roll your own blunts with that

Nope. I just buy those "Royal Blunts" blunt wraps. I noticed Zig Zags makes some blunt wraps too. I'm gonna have to try out some of those.
But wet mango? Fuck yeah.

I've done it once with I believe a romeo y juliet. It was quite nice. Game blunts are nice as well and they come with the outer leaf so they burn nice and slow.

Swisher XL blunts are the size and shape of a real cigar with the bark of a cigarillo. They can take an 1/8th if you pack em.

lol nigars, my buddies back in cali would love that one. and like others have said, a 'fine' cigar will be just one long roll of leaves.
We binged on this brand of wraps 'TRU Blunts' they are pretty nice to work with the wrap is a little thicker then some others and the taste is strong without being a harsh smoke. I can't find em around here anymore but if you want a big blunt they are great. On Halloween we put a quarter and some scraps in one.
And for the nigar option there is those Swisher XL's, There is a Garcia Vega I can't remember the name of and are usually drier then can be used but are good quality if fresh, There is also Philly Titans but I have not used one of those that I remember.

When we all cut the smoke and get honest with our selves we know Swisher cigarillos simply are the best. Its the size of the wrap and the general consistency of the paper. There not to wet or to soft. The blunt wraps that come in paks wrapped around straws are trash. I dont care anymore. If you smoke blunts or think you smoke blunts or know you smoke blunts, do yourself a fav and only by swishers.
Wraps are simply trash. Swisher Cigarillos period

You're west coast.
On my ocean we roll up Dutch Masters, Games, and maybe White Owl if they don't have either of those.. and I like grape flavor. That's if I have to smoke blunts. It's been a minute since I've actually lit weed on fire.
Swishers taste like you rolled your nug inside a cigarette.

vanilla white owls are nice, and peach too. Strawberry phillies are what we rolled in highschool daily. Black dudes used grape or optimo icey mint.

West sieeeeede boiii nah I do agree that no wrap tastes as good as a grape swish and mango white owl is about aweful but they roll nice. Problem is around these parts it seems people smoke blunts with insine sizes and if you suggest rolling one with just a gram you get the look. That's why I had been using the TRU's they are the longest and thickest wrap I have found so they are perfect for packing huge.

Yeah Steve, I forgot we smoke Philies too sometimes.
Phero, I don't really like to fuck with big blunts.. The only time I ever fainted from MJ was when I domed a eighth blunt.
To be honest I kinda like those Royal Blunt blueberry flavored wraps..

I usually buy Garcia Vega English Corona cigars to hollow out. I like the wrapping they use. It makes for a really smooth burn that isn't harsh at all. They are $8.00 for a four pack. Kind of expensive considering I'm just using the paper. could be worse though.

You're right about one thing, we roll sweets on the west coast. If we go east coast its usually with phillies or black and milds.
If your sweet tastes like a cigarette you should take a closer look at what you're putting in it

While i was growing up in philly it was dutchies furst, then regular phillies if the store we hit was out of the dutchies. When I moved to my current location all everyone smoked were sweets, I have to say I've come to like them more. Although if you want to smoke out a lot of people they're no good. But I only smoke sweets with this one friend so it's usually me, him, and one other person. As much as I hate the chopped and screwed bullshit, I always loved riding in his truck smoking a sweet in the country side.
