Well this is my first grow ever. Hopefully Ill get some decent yields but I'm mainly just aiming for experience and am expecting to probably make a few mistakes. But thats one of the reasons I'm here. Im sure if any problems do come up someone will be able to guide me back to safety.
Anyways I'm growing:
2 Barney's Farm LSD
2 World of Seeds Afghan Kush x White Widow
1 Barney's Farm G13 Haze
and 1 DNA LA Woman
My growroom is in my closet which has a hatch door on the ceiling leading straight into the attic. All I need to do is open the hatch a little and set up a fan blowing out into my room and the draft from the attic keeps the room temp right around 80F.
I'm using a 400 watt MH for vegging and HPS for flowering. I have the lights 18 inches from the top of my plants and they're on a 18/6 schedule.
 
 
Right now all 6 plants are in 1 gallon pots and have all sprouted within the last 3 days. Ill eventually transplant them into 3g pots. Ill upload some pics later when I have more time. For some reason one of my LSD seedlings only sprouted with one leaf and it doesn;t look like it's doing so well. Hopefully someone may know what to do after seeing it.

It looks like you did your homework, nice clean setup and quality genetics for a first grow. Treat that G13 Haze and LSD with care! Also if you have more mylar you should line the floor with it too.
I'll be watching.

It looks like that closet was custom made for a 400W. Definitely line the floor also. 
Where are the plants?

It's good to know I already have 2 experienced growers who will be keeping an eye on this.

Lol on that last one it looks like you are missing a leaf. Probably just genetics or somethin. Looks healthy though.

So i've been thinking of how to use my closet to the fullest.
I think I'm going to attempt a circular LST with the 6 plants in 5 gallon pots. I found a few good guides on other forums and it seems like it's not too hard to do.
Anyone here ever do a circular LST, or any LST techniques in one of your grows?
So far the next set of leaves are emerging in every plant, except the LSD2, lol. Its the leaf across from the other first leaf that already came out thats finally emerging. Weel see how this baby progresses. 
Ill try and get some more pics up tomorrow if I have any time before work.

In a space that square, you should build a screen and do a Scrog. Maybe not for your first grow though.
I'm on my second grow and just started experimenting with LST. These pics are when they were in veg. The two in the big pots were LST'd. I just put them in flower about a week ago. They're HUGE now.
 
For my new grow I topped my plants twice. They will go in flowering on the 28th. When they do, I'll have room to do a circular LST in my veg closet. I think it's a great idea and can't wait to try it out.
From my understanding (and experience with topping my current plants early), the best time to top for a circular LST is after the first set of 5 bladed leaves. Stick around, I'll let you know how it goes.
You're gonna get some sweet nugs out of that closet.

I know its been a while so heres my next update. Its currently day 11 and some of the plants seem to be doing great, while others have run into some problems.
Heres the Afghan x WW 2
 
Its leaning but looks healthy. Since Im most likely going with the LST this shouldn't be a problem.
The Afghan x WW 1 on the other hand isn't looking unhealthy but it hasnt been growing nearly as fast as the other one.
 
Heres the LSD 1
 
The LSD 2 is still plagued with stunted leaf growth. I'm most likely going to just take a clone from the LSD 1 and replace it, but I'll wait another week or 2 and see what happens.
 
I'm not sure whats wrong with the G13 and LA Woman. They're beginning to develop orange spots on the leaves and the leaves are curling a bit. I think it may possibly be a pH problem. I've been using the DIY pH tester with the solutions, so it hasnt been too accurate. Im going to purchase a digital meter hopefully by tomorrow.
