Okay so. Since this website is dead and I would never rely on anyone to post back on time, I called the grow store, asked the homie what was up, and he thought it might be the ballast, but I thought it was the bulb. I took the light in and he thought the same thing I thought, "That bulb is really burned out."
So I got a new 400w Plantmax bulb for $32 which was a quick fix. Now my light works! I say once again. I GOT THE POWA!
Triptonic: I found that set-up on craigslist for $200. You really just have to look around. The three main spots I look for deals on lights before I got this one are eBay, Amazon, and Craigslist. If you scout every day you'll find a deal in no time. There was a Cool Tube deal on eBay here for the same rig, its 198 + Free Shipping. That was going to be the one I was going to get until I found the one on Craigslist, it probably would have been better on my pocket to wait and get the one on eBay but whatevs, $30 is cheap for a HPS bulb. Hope this helps.
