Frankly, i feel that tubal ligations and vascectomies should be a requirement in some situations, but being a human rights supporter im torn. some people simply should not be breeding. population is already a problem.

I think the morning after pill should be available over the counter to ANYONE. Even after the prescription requirements were removed a pharmacist refused to provide it to me and tried to tell me it required a prescription. I think she just didn't want to give it to an obviously intoxicated male.
