No that isn't enough on its own. Warrants require probable cause, that is only reasonable suspicion. If they got a call like that they would go into your trash and raid you if they could find leaves, seeds, or stems.
It would be interesting to see what the warrant is based on. You have the right to know. Its probably something you could get for a nominal fee from the clerks at the courthouse.
I can't believe they shipped it like that. Extremely irresponsible. You should write them an email about it. That type of thing is as likely to get their customers robbed as raided.

Are you sure about that? What law says they need to inform you? That would be great if that was the case but I haven't heard of a law/procedure like that.
