 Quittin the cigs

I had a pretty profound journey into my mind on saturday whilst on LSD and Ketamine THC and Nitrous
and ever since then I havent had the urge to smoke cigs, Like im not trying to quit I just have zero desire to smoke
Its been like 72 hrs since my last smoke and the last time I took a break this long I was feeling like shit but this time I feel 100% 
I hope this lasts forever, Im already feeling healthier and I feel im getting higher cause all that cig smoke isnt getting in the way of the THC im trying to get my lungs to absorb

I agree I quit smoking cigs and I get a better high and I just feel way better
I smoke one like maybe 1 a month or something but yea I had something similar happen to me
Its so fucking bad for you and you get absolutely nothing out of it

Same... I keep hoping one day I'll wake up and say I have no desire to smoke...
Cigs are the fucking shit when you trip though, holy fuck. I think that's why I keep smoking - because subconsciously I'm looking for that same feeling I get from tobacco when I trip, but I only get it when I trip so my subconscious isn't very smart.

Good luck man. You can accomplish quitting very easily. Just keep reminding yourself of all the negative aspects of smoking, they obviously out weigh the postive. It will be a year in march since I quit, now I can't stand the smell of cigs.....it gives me an instant headache.

I agree with the oral fixation thing. I got my tongue pierced the summer that I quit, and since you can't smoke/drink for the whole first month it would have really helped out if I'd followed the piercer's advice.
Although I only took their advice as a guideline it really did help me quit smoking cigs while sober. And as a plus for the first week or so my tongue was in so much pain that I had no desire in the world to smoke anything. (Thank God for vape's!)
Good luck quiting man. Just remember, don't be a pussy and give in.
P.S. My ex-gf quit by reading this How To Quit Smoking book that explained nicotine as a monster inside us that gets hungry (i.e. cravings) and as we give in to these episodes we only make our monster get bigger. The book says the best way to kill the monster is to immediately starve it asap. This book was unique in that it tells you to smoke cigarettes while reading it and eventually it talks you all the way through to the last cigarette you'll ever smoke. it worked for her, she still doesn't smoke even while drinking.

Ive quit like this 2 or 3 times this year but always end up going back when I buy a pack
Luckily if I do get the urge for a smoke theres a shop that sells singles about 10 minutes away so I dont have to buy a pack
I actually smoked one last night cause I was really stoned and found one that had fallen out into my stash box
but w/e As soon as I saw it I was like.... oh man.... this is going to be the best cig ive smoked in the past 4 days

Well I try to quit every once in a while but this is the first time LSD has influenced it and for some reason its been way easier , like I dont crave cigs at all even when im stressed or whatever

If im high i always start chain smoking. Last week tho i randomly lost desire to smoke and was down to 1 or 2 a day. But sure enough as soon as i get high or drunk im back to 10 a day.
