Relatively easy to grow, heavy feeder, relatively short flowering time (my cuttings took about 60 days), wonderful aroma, trichome production is good (not as heavy as some others I have grown), seems to tolerate higher temps just fine, tended to produce heavier colas with smaller side buds, does not mind being topped, works well with LST, and the final product packs a good punch with lots of flavor.
I wish I had pics of my grows, but they were erased a long time ago. The only one I have left is this one.
which was a shaded bud on the lowest portion of one of my stalks. I'd definitely grow this one again if I could.

Since you mentioned potency, yield and taste: Martian Mean Green
Best tasting weed I've ever smoked. I've never grown or smoked Sharksbreath, but it adds an incredible taste that straight G13 Haze doesn't have. I think flowering can go upwards of 10 weeks, but you didn't say anything about that

Oh, don't get me wrong HDF gets nice and coated, but when you compare it to this:
you can see why I say it wasn't as heavy as others (^^ that was from my cherry slyder grow)

Wow shit that slyder looks unreal! fuckin' a man. How's the potency on HDF? sometimes trich coverage doesn't always translate directly into potency as huge trichs can still have low quantities of alkaloids.
and thanks the man... now I've got another on my list that looks awesome

How's the potency on HDF?
Oh it was strong, not the strongest I've grown, but good enough to get a lot of complements.

It is I still have access to cuttings, but I wanted to try something else. I grew the slyder once and then I had to shut down for a year. I'll probably add it back during the summer.

I have some seedlings in my aero system and a couple incredible clones on the way, but I'm starting to think about doing one more strain in my little closet. Any suggestions? I'm looking for a hearty combination of both potency and yield ( who isn't?). I'm also a major fan of weed with fruity/citrus/pine scent to them. potency is important but not if its an uncomfortable or bland high from a strain that smells like cardboard.
I'm excited to hear what's considered the "cream of the crop" at growery land.

Well for me the yield sucked, but the grow was plagued with problems so it never really had a chance. I think my buddy pulled about 1.5 oz per plant on his second go with it. But that's all I've got to go on for the yield.

how tall were the plants? 1.5oz is great if they were only a foot or 18" tall. I got 6oz+ from my PE last round, but it was a huge plant too so it wasn't extraordinary

Oh, I think his biggest was 20 inches at best. We're all closet growers down here so things are kept pretty small. That's why I said it's all I have to go on for yield, I'm sure you could pull QP's off her at the worst if you took the time to veg.
