I got a 4 inch ecoplus inline rated at 160, will it be adequate for my tent. 400w setup.

You might be able to get away with it as long as you have a nice supply of cool air getting into your room. A 250 would be a bit better because you'll be able to exchange the air almost twice a minute at that rating.

this is the tent i got, i already ordered it and just started reading about toxic tents, im assuming this one is not toxic, as it says "non toxic" but im just checkin. cant put my girls in a toxic environment, that would be sad man.

If you are talking feet, then it works out like this.
107 Ft3
160CFM
160 divided by 107 = 1.49
That means that your system will be able to exchange the volume of air inside your cab 11/2x/Minute, which is just about right.
1 cycle per minute is generally considered as the Standard/Minimum, and 2x per minute is thought to be Ideal, so at 1.5x I'd say you are going to be just fine. Just make sure your passive intake vents are large enough to not restrict airflow.
How are you setting this up, are you just using a cooltube/reflector to cool the space or are you using a Passive system?

i was just going to mount the fan right at the exhaust vent with the c/filter attached straight to it.

As an outtake fan right?
So you should have some passive intake vents at the bottom I would assume then?
You should take some pictures of it, or did you not get it yet?
