 panic attacks

Does anyone ever get these after smoking for the first time in a few months? I smoke pretty regularly now but I still get them if i take a giant rip or something

Nope, never experienced this.
I have a friend who'd been smoking daily since he was a teenager who started to get panic attacks whenever he smoked. Just totally out of the blue, one day he couldn't smoke without a panic attack. He took a couple months off smoking, and when he started smoking again, it was only small amounts at a time. Now he's back to smoking like he used to, no panic attacks.

I remember like the second time I ever smoked was when I was 15. I didn't get high the first time so I got two joints for my cousin and I. I thought since I didn't get high the first time, I would smoke the whole thing and then I ended up smoking half of my cousins. As soon as I got home I was freaking out hardcore thinking I was gonna die and shit. My muscles started burning and twitching. I got paranoid as fuck yelling at my cousin for leaving my room and getting a glass of orange juice. I didn't really smoke again until I was 17 or so.
Now I just get small ones only if I think about it.

my friend is on anti depressants
and gets anxiety attax all the time
and says she smokes weed to suppress the attax

The thing is, it effects me with everything. I'm 6'2" 275 Pounds and other than drinking, I have the lowest tolerance for drugs. Opiates are a great example. I've never tried cid or shrooms because of this.

This might be hard for you to understand but if you get panic attacks you should never smoke weed.

Panic attacks are a mental disorder, if you have any kind of mental disorder you shouldn't smoke weed.
By smoking more weed you're just putting yourself in line for a much worse psychotic episode.
Find a different drug.

It's something I came over. I love to smoke. It's just annoying when it happens. Was wondering if this happens to anyone else. Thanks
IDK I guess I was just trying to find someone in the same boat I am. I suppose ill just refrain from the shrooms
after all.

Avoid shrooms at all costs.
It sucks not being able to get high but you're much better off in the long run to let your mind get sorted out for awhile and you can consider drugs later on when you're more settled.

You're far more at risk if you've already had a panic attack. I never have, if I did I'd stop smoking.
To continue smoking after having a panic attack doesn't fit my idea of being smart.
