Ok so i was doing a routine transplant on this Fine Juicy fruit specimen i have. Its about 1 1/2 weeks old(from germination, has only been growing maybe a week and 2 days). Maybe, eh 3in tall. COMPLETELY HEALTHY TOO. Now When i was transplanting it and setting the rootball into its new pot i felt and kinda heard (heard through my fingers lol) a tear. now im guessing it was the roots of this poor baby and i felt about 3 rip. Now because i have never torn roots on a plant during a transplant (especially one this youthful)what are the chances of it pulling through this? Im not lookin for a book answer im looking for Personal Experience. Should i keep the little guy goin or is it a lost cause? he's still standin straight up and looks great but idk, i mean it WAS the roots.... How bout some help?

It'll probably be fine. I've had this happen once or twice with no visible consequences whatsoever. How did this happen though?? All you should have to be doing is slide it out of it's cup and put it in the new pot.

I know, but you know growers. Always wanting to check out there roots! :P lol no but yeah i had it in my hand and was just checking out how the roots were coming along on my new babies, seeing if they were expanding through the soil well enough and when i set them down into the new pot idk the bottom soil must have dropped out and pulled some root with it.

You'll be fine. Do you use a B1 supplement like super thrive when you transplant?

I use a supplement called thrive alive. NPK of 1-1-1. First time ever using it, but, B1 supplements are not new and are highly recommended for transplanting seedlings clones. I've noticed that the clone I used it on seemed to recover and start on top growth a bit earlier. It's relatively cheap and you need very little. The stuff I use is at .5 tsp per gallon, I believe superthrive is just a few drops. If you have access to a hydro store head on over and see if they have any free samples.
