My friend did in his old school diesel benz...
Works like a charm. There is a massive potential market for this stuff. Anyone wanna start a vegetable oil company as a front and we'll have fields of cannabis as our main business venture!?!?!
I wish

bio diesel is not straight vegetable oil. I have made that conversion on several vehicles.

No, that would be 5,000 1000W ballasts for an hour. kWh is 1000W for an hour. Not to be a dick, didn't want you thinking somebody paid $15,000 for 5kWh worth of energy.

Thank you I didn't want to say anything!
hahaha
Yeah, it's 5kw, thats 5,000w per hour = (5)x1,000w ballasts running for 1 hour. Very simple guys come on...

Wait, are you guys trying to say I am wrong? Pay attention class...

lol. 5,000 kwh? that's like 5-1,000 ballasts for an hour - no?
This is wrong. 5,000 kWh does not equal five 1000W ballasts for an hour. 5,000 kWh is 5,000,000 W for an hour, or 5,000 1,000W ballasts for an hour.

I thought so too, maybe the second time around you will get it.

a kilowatt is 1000watts, and 1000watts running for 1 hour would be considered 1 Kilowatt Hour of electricity...

LMFAO
Inverted are you a total moron? Did you just totally miss the quote by pftek that I was responding to in the first place? I've quoted it every time to emphasize what I was explaining. He was asking if 5,000 kWh was the same as five 1000W ballasts running for an hour.
IT IS NOT. 5,000 kWh IS 5,000,000W for an hour or 5,000 X 1,000W for an hour. How many different ways can I break this down for you? I was just trying to explain to him that his math was incorrect. I have a fully grasp the metric system, you sir need to do more research if you think five 1,000W ballasts running for an hour is a third of most homes energy needs for a year, as was mentioned in his quote.
SHEEEEEEESH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND YOU ARE HOPELESS!!!

I haven't even read anything really and i'm really too high to research it or care... Maybe I misread something chill out fuck.

Awww I don't even remember posting that so I obviously was too high to do math. I donno, I don't care.
If you are right then thank you for correcting.

It's cool, I'm sure in your 3000+ posts you've at times had to defend yourself from people you thought were hellbent on disagreeing with you. I just needed to hit the bowl and chill anyways.
