Assuming you are trying to breed and make seeds, then you would apply the pollen when she is beginning flowering to the bud sites that you wish to pop seeds from.

Funny though if you think about it, pollinating a plant is probably one thing about growing that is fairly hard to fail at...given how horribly easy it is to have it happen when you are trying to avoid it lol.
You are wanting to collect seeds for a later use I assume.

of course i need seeds, i can't afford to buy it's too fucking expensive.
so if i understand correctly, i have the hairs growing, it means i have to wait more? and if so when is the perfect time will be?
by the way there is new stems starting to grow.

Applying the pollen 2-3 weeks into flowering is perfect. The important thing is that you get it done before pistils start turning orange/brown as that is too late.

Like 206 says.
Is it not possible for you to clone plants? It is a much better system if you can be cloning your new plants and not creating and using seeds. Or are these automatic flowering plants and this is why the need for seed?

Pollinate the bottom buds, so the pollen does not fall down and the bottom ones are never the dankest anyway. But yeah cloning is fun, practical, and economical.

i prefer cloning of course becouse it's much faster, but the new stems starting to grow right now and i'm waiting 3 month maybe.
but sometimes i think growing from seeds gives you the opportunity to see new plant, maybe the same species but different plant and even different taste, you know what i mean.?

No, and you can't just ask people for that either, it's not allowed here. Wait until you have a male plant of your own to collect pollen from.
