whens the best time to add nutes to the soil i just germed two seeds nd put them in their starter cups but when should i start adding nutes to the pots they will grow in the rest of there lives

What kind of soil first off.
Meaning is it nute free dirt or not?
If not about two weeks, if it has nutes already then wait longer as MF said above.
