1. Are you growing from seed or clones? SEED
2. How old are your plants? 5 WEEKS, 2 DAYS
3. How tall are your plants? 6-7 INCHES (LST &TOPPED)
4. What size containers are they planted in? 3 GALLON
5. What is your soil mix? FOXFARM OCEAN FOREST
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use? EVERY OTHER DAY - BRITA PURIFIED WATER
7. What is the pH of your water? NOT SURE (NO pH METER)
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio? TIGER BLOOM, 2-8-4
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? NO
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") 400w HPS
11. How close are your lights to the plants? 1.5 FEET
12. What size is your grow space in square feet? 2x2 FEET
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? 82-84 F
14. What is the pH of the soil? NOT SURE (NO pH METER)
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? NO
16. How much experience do you have growing? FIRST SERIOUS GROW

Whats happening to my leaves? They have yellow spots with some brown in the middle of the spot.

N wouldn't show up spotty like that.

I always say this, but if you are doing a soil grow (or any grow that's not 100% organic) you MUST have a pH meter for your water!  They cost like $30 and can mean the difference between good weed and dead plants.

Also, Brita does not make an effective filter for things like chlorine, chloramine, and fluoride, all of which in a high PPM could be making your plant sick.  Buy an RO filter, or just RO water, use rain water, or bubble your water with an airstone for 24 hours before you use it.

It looks like some kind of pest damage in a way. The plant doesn't look like it's lacking anything but hard to tell from one pic. Watch it for a few days let us know what the new growth is like.
