i have a 400watt light in a 4'x 2' ish closet, plants at the floor, closet is maybe 7' tall but anyway it has sliding doors with fins which reveals plenty of light into my bedroom, i have plastic blinds backed by folded navy blue sheets backed by dark drapes, still at night a faint glow can be seen from outside my bedroom windows. if i used this 4' long blacklight inside my room [not in the g-closet] would it negate or dim the light being projected out through the window. or anything else that would help

the haunted frightened trees, out to the windy beach,
far from the twisted reach, of crazy sorrow.
yes the dance, beneath the diamond sky, with one hand waving free,
silhouetted by the sea, circled by the circus sands,
with all memory and fate, driven deep beneath the waves,
let me forget about today, until tomorrow."~bob dylan

im really high so that was interesting to think about for a few minutes but I doubt it, just put up a few heavy duty black garbage bags, that will block light 100%

lulz, blacklight is not anti-light, it's just a different wavelength of light that's barely on the fringes of the visible spectrum.
Just cover the windows with something, or seal your closet door a little better

well i just figured it was a darker light that could overpower the glow coming from the 400w super blue mh lamp emitting from the closet fins. i cant seal the closet because it would bake in there, and trashbags dont breath like the cloth there does.

oh, you don't have any ventilation in the closet? then you should just invest in some heavy heavy draps over your exterior windows, that's about your only option.
I'm still confused about your use of the phrase "darker light"
