That male is actually very mature. Those pollen balls grow and eventually open with yellow pollen that will go everywhere even if you think you're being careful. It's easy for a garden to be ruined (buds loaded with seeds) from just a couple pods opening. I'de get rid of that male ASAP.

If none of the pods have opened yet, I would just put it in a paper bag somewhere and let it dry. You could atleast make some tea (using milk ofcourse) or throw it in with some butter sometime. I wouldn't just "throw it outside" though.

Thats a bummer man!
Can you just move the pot it's in out of the room, before taking his life? And you should shut down all fans and circulation before attempting to move it. That boy is ripe and ready to burst! If it is in another pot shared by other plants, try and carefully put a plastic or paper sack over him and cut him at his base. But i see possibly a few of them balls have popped open already in the second picture. Bummer!
