Galaxy is what I use without issue. LUMATEK is also good from what i've heard. I don't know much about those though. I know the galaxy will handle both MH/HPS bulbs.

Lumatek will handle both bulbs also.
Nextgen is another company that makes digital ballasts that can fire both bulbs, and they even have a ballast that can fire 400W and 600W bulbs, so you can choose between 4 different bulbs for one ballast. Pretty awesome deal IMO
