 Is there a wrong time to throw outdoors?

I am about to throw a few plants outside from seedlings. I live in Central Texas and I don't know when the optimum time to plant outdoors is around here. Im sure it isnt right now so my question is, even if these plants are exposed to flowering conditions earlier then I would like (2months+) then will decent bud still grow or is there a minimum time the plants must veg before ANY bud grows?

I dunno if it helps but the seeds are local outdoor. And the grow will obiously be local/outdoor lol.

Also if they they get 12/12 everyday or less than that they are going to flower sooner than if they got 12+ hours of light everyday. And as for a minimum time that it must veg. Technically it "has" to veg for a month before it will be sexually mature. But it will do that no matter the light cycle. So I say if you really wanted to you can just go ahead and plant them outside now. Thats just

Also you will get good buds just shorter plants and not as much bud. The bud that you do get will be quality if you do it right.

I was hpoin to veg them for a long time but I have like 80 seeds so I suppose I could make up for smaller size plants with more plants 
The small height thing will actually be beneficial as all the trees on my land are small cedar trees and wouldn't hide big plants very easily.

if it helps ive had a seed pop out of my soil b4 after the lights were "flipped" and after growing 100% on 12\12 the plant yielded about 7 grams of dry bud the potency was still decent but other than the main cola the rest of the plant was crapola and an interesting side note in the end that main cola weighed exactly the same as the main cola from another plant of the same strain that was vegged properly only the one that vegged yielded about 40grms total
