edibles don't do jack for me. I've bought brownies, cookies, goo balls and didn't feel shit. I've made butter, oil, tinctures, nada. The closest i came to getting high off an edible was some green dragon, but even then it was more of just feeling sleepy and out of it then high.
I'd rather just smoke.

it all depends on how often you actually smoke. (or how much weed you put in the food). that's the way i see it. if you smoke a lot of weed, then edibles wouldn't really be much of worth to you. i usually only eat brownies though, when i come out of my fast from weed every week.

ive noticed people with fast metabolisms dont get that high from edibles.
i baked some potent brownies and ate them with some coworkers, one of them did not get high AT ALL but me and the other dude were faded. he is a super athletic/high energy guy that metabolizes food as soon as it hits his stomach almost. ive seen him eat 3 whole lg. pizzas. in 30 mins. he is really small/thin too.

yeah i dig edibles. one of the places i go garuntees all their edibles. all their edibles are $10, and they're fuckin big. they always have chocolate cheesecake, brownies, cookies, they've had glazed (blazed) popcorn, crispies, peanut butter cookies, etc.
they always do the trick for me. but they really only kick in after i have a little smoke. if it's straight edible, it doesn't work as well

hash cookies make me trip harder than acid... i don't think i'll do them agian... I had a bad panic attack, couldn't breathe... thought i was dying etc for like 10 hours >:| and tripped for like 20 altogether... :/ colors were waaaaaay more vivid/intense.
i dunno if it was laced or not or if it was just hardcore strong, but i wouldn't be surprised if it was since that house was made of acid @_@
a few of my stoner friends didn't get as fucked as me though so blergh

It really is nice to get effects from edibles. Even at the point when I was smoking every day they still worked great. If I ate a couple firecrackers now I'd be a total wreck.
