Right after planting while vegging how long should I leave the lights on?
And what temp/humidity should my place be at?
Thanks, totally new to this.

Generally speaking, so long as you have more than 12 hours of light per 24 hour period, you should be in the green.
You can use up to 24 hours of light (no darkness) during the vegetative phase, but I would suggest 20 hours light, 4 hours darkness. 20 hours of light seems like a good compromise between speedy growth (requiring lots of light), while also providing a bit of darkness, perhaps to potentiate root growth or simply to mimic nature a little more closely.
On the temperature, anywhere from 70 - 85 degrees Fahrenheit should work pretty well.- Optimal humidity at 60 - 70% rH for vegetative growth.
- You'll want high humidity (80-90%) for rooting clones/cuttings.
- Lower humidity of 40 - 60% during flowering to help reduce the risk fungal contamination on your dank buds.

He's right. Just remember that high rH will affect carbon scrubbers ability to control odor and leads to all sorts of problems during flowering.
The standard lighting for veg is 18/6. You can go 24 hrs a day too. It will lead to more rapid growth, but I have seen it suggested that it may take longer for those under 24 to change to flowering once the cycle is changed. I always do it 18/6.
