gibberellic acid is a growth hormone. in high enough doeses it can cause mutations in plant growth etc. it mostly effects the plant when the seedling is soaked or sprayed with it. you get milder effects applying it to full grown plants.ex. of it would be saoking the seedling of lettece in it, this would cause it to grow into a lettece tree. it mainly effects growth not gender. but if it causes mutations im sure there is a slight chance one of those mutations would be gender change. but its a hit and miss. unless you apply it and keep the temp hot or cool(ive read i think, that hotter temps gives chanceof males and lower temps give females)
