Day 106
A few of the White Widows are growing above the light.Will have to bend them over. The WW is just starting to bud. Its a week older than the TroubleMaker.
The TroublerMaker is doing great. Buds are growing at ever level.It should be ready in 30 days.
Finish smoking the last of my last grow tonight. Think I'll stay off the weed for the next 30 days.Clean out my system for the next taste test.

So one day I got in late and just gave the girls a little to drink. To hold thtem over. Guess I missed one.
This is what happen, the lower leaves dried out.
This is a another view
The plant is TroubleMaker
A close up of the bud, Damn I let a leave get in the way.
I never ment to let the plants get this big. Failed attemp at cloning lead me to use the mothers, so I would have smoke.
Does look like seed are being made.
This part of the plant gets less light. The TroubleMaker is about 3 weeks from harvest.
Should I trim all the leaves in the lower plants so the plant can put its effort into making the bud?

the leaves are already there and not growing, so i doubt any energy is diverted from the buds into them. in fact, the opposite is true, in that these leaves are the plant's "solar panels" that harvest the light energy, using this to grow the good stuff.
get some more closeups without that annoying leaf!

TroubleMaker With White Widow in back ground

About 2 more weeks and the TroubleMaker will be ready.(I Hope)
Maybe another 4 or 5 weeks till the WW is ready.
The WW is a week older than the TroubleMaker. Don't know why its taking so long to finish.
The TroubleMaker bud is very sticky and I can feel the seeds. Need to be sure the seeds are mature before harvesting.
WW is also with seed. Crossed it with the TroublrMaker
Seeds makes me so happy at this time.

let me start by saying that this is an amazing grow log...
I have a few questions about the water cooler setup...
when you had the water cooler coils in the res loop...what was the orientation of the compressor? Because if you turn the compressor on its side, you are at risk of dumping oil into the evaporator coils...and if it was upside down, then all of the oil is now in the coils.
The best situation if this has happened is that the lines are fouled and its just overheating the compressor bc there is little or no flow through the compressor...the worst case scenario is ur compressor is no longer lubricated and is doomed for catastrophic failure.
It does look like the cooler stand is behind the coils in the picture...so if the compressor is right side up...the only thing that i can come up with is either the condenser coil is undersized for the heat load...or you may need to run a high air flow across the condenser coil in order to remove that excess heat, since it sounds like the coolant is outputting less energy into the ambient atmosphere than is being put into it by the res water and the compressor. Also make sure that there are no obstructions that may block air flow or box in the condenser coil...if you know this/ checked this stuff please disregard...

Thanks for the on the grow.
The water cooler was just to small for my climate. Needed to cool 10gal's of water(95f) to 70 f. When I go hydro There will be a 70 gal resovor to chill.
When done with this grow the room will be remodeled. Adding insulation will be 1st on the list. 2nd will be an air cooled light.
Hope you noticed how close the light is to the plants. The fan works great but all the heat goes into the room.
