you were wrong. It grew perfectly. In fact, it out grew the aero garden so we had to stop using it. I recommend it for beginners though. We used the nutrients for the tomato garden it was suppose to be used for and it grew really big and it's very green, we've moved on from the aero garden a few weeks or so. It's been growing for like 8 - 12 weeks when I first got it as a clone, and i've been using the correct lights and the sun when I can and it's a foot and half tall, but the problem is that it stopped growing. It's still very green, but it's not growing, it doesn't look tall enough to start flowering what do you guys think?

Where did I ever say it wouldn't grow? I said you would never yield anything in it, which you obviously were not able to do...

I've grown cannabis in an aerogarden and its usable....from seed or clone to harvest.....the only problem is, is that you have to get the aerogarden Pro because it has an option to be able to use your own timer for 12/12 photoperiod....you also have to flower them at like 4-5 inches or they'll outgrow it unless you have the two foot extender....i grew 7 plants from clone in there (strain-Shiskaberry) and when i harvested them i got like 3/4 of an ounce of really great budz....tons of crystal production, great aroma, nice sized budz.....they got to about a foot tall!!! the only problem was trying to get away from root rot.....it seems there just isnt enough oxygen aerating the water.....so what i did was bought an airpump and some stones and drilled a hole through the top side to stick them in there...also i used my one nutrients not the ones it came with, and rockwool cut to size instead of those sponge things..../////so in the end it will work out, although i wouldn't recommend it....there are better things for the same price

Aerogardens suck. There was a person who posted a start of a log of a seedling in a Aerogarden recently. 2 weeks of growth looks like day 4 on a normal grow. It ended up dying soon after anyways. Don't waste your time, besides the light is TOTALLY inadequate (A single CFL).

I don't consider 3 grams per plant an 'awesome harvest', let alone for aeroponics.

it pays for itself and more on the first harvest....... no not a big harvest but top of the line weed yes.....and i know it says its aeroponics but it doesnt work that way.....the water isnt really aerated so you have to put a pump in there to mix it so it doesnt stangnate because you have to use different fertilizer then the ones it comes with because they dont work as well.....and because of the pump the humidity goes drops in the chamber....so that means you would have to rely on the drip instead of the himidity.....so in the end its not aeroponic its a poorly designed hydroponic system.......but i think its designed like that so stoners dont grow pot out of it.........it works well with other plants the need less care than Cannabis does...because you can use their nutes without the stagnating and dropping humidty problem along the way to fix or improvise it....

Your harvest being quality weed has nothing to do with being grown in an Aero Garden. It's all strain and to a lesser extent, nutrient dependant. I could grow some schwag plants in an AeroGarden and it would still be schwag, it wouldn't be any better than schwag grown from hydroponic or soil. Sure your growing method might effect the growth rate, and perhaps yield in the end, but not quality.
The reason that you ended up with good weed is that you had a good strain of marijuana, not because it was grown in an Aero Garden.

yes how you grow your plant Does affect quality....not as much as what strain you grow but it definately does.....BWT the whole point of this post was "is it possible to grow pot out of an aerogarden"? and it is....its far from the best way, but possible...

Care to share some evidence of this with me? Because I don't believe that the method you use to grow, will directly affect the quality of weed. It will affect growth rate and possibly yield, not quality of the weed.
If I took two schwag seeds and grew one in soil with fertilizer X and X amount of light, and then grew one with Aeroponics or Hydroponics with fertilizer X and X amount of light, you're saying saying the one grown in the Hydro or Aeropnics would be better because of what it's grown in? No it most certainly is not. There's not going to be a difference in quality if you grew the same seeds with the same variables in Soil vs. Hydro vs. Aero.
