i work at a bar. once i got off of work i continued to get drunk.
my intention for the night was to find this person and talk to him, nicely enough he works where i work.
instead of talking to him, i proceeded to punch him in the face repeatedly and now i am suspended from work with further review.
in my defense, you don't mow another mans lawn!

Wow, that really sucks. I'm hoping "mow another man's lawn" is a euphemism, or that might have been a slight overreaction.

I've always felt that assault and battery laws ought to contain explicit exceptions for cheating-related assaults.

they do, called crimes of passion. you get serious sentence reductions if you kill a man whos sleeping with your wife...it doesnt work for bf/gf's tho. but marriage(even tho is a joke in this country)is still upheld in the legal system...
but that sux bro, i cant tell you to come join my got cheated on club, cuz i dont have one, but i do have a "just got fired" club, where all we(me) do is sit around on the computer and look at porn and smoke pots and listen to chill music, and bang the occasional lady...
wow....that sounds like an awesome fuckin club...

man...that was a poor decision
its hard to be positive when you are obviously fucked with your job.
but thats kind of a cool way to go out, great story to tell your grandchildren one day, or some close friends.

they told me that i was too valuable to loose. I just received a write up. and whenever him and I are scheduled to work together, they took those days off for him.
he also received a write up.
