maybe.
It was just one of those jobs that was excruciating (dick hole customers, extremely busy for low pay etc) but I'd been there for over 2 years, and my boss was really really nice so I didn't have the heart to quit even though I've wanted to for months
Apparently falling off my skateboard and coming to work on muscle relaxants and morphine was all it took though....

meh, I just injured my back last week and missed 3 days of work due to doctors orders and being heavily medicated... she said she was okay with it, but she started bitching me out for "asking too many favors" when I showed up yesterday (still medicated of course).
I told her that the doc said I STILL wasn't supposed to be there but I showed up because I didn't want to hurt the business and she continued bitching..... so all in all I'm now unemployed. I'm not really sure if I got fired or if I quit, but thank fucking god I don't have to go back tonight.

basically same story with me. just got fired thursday. 2 years. friends with the boss. i told the new GM to fuck off and started a petition against him at work. apparently he didn't like that. i guess we will see how the petition goes.
none the less, i have a better job waiting. i have just been puttsing around at this one because i like the people their.
this is probably the kick in the ass i need.

hahah, well cubie was totally different. I'm down if someone has something legit to contribute or they only bump one thread, but Cubie sought out over 30 different threads and bumped them with one word.
