Ok after reading and seeing how easy it is to make the best brownies you can i started giving it a shot. The problem is the fact I always read how much i should use, and then end up saying screw it, Ill use this much more. So the brownie prep went like this.
I took 10 grams of trim from some medical grade, 15 grams of some nice mid grade fluffy nugs and another 15 grams of some homegrown. So needless to say this was wayyyy off the charts. I took all the green threw it in the coffee grinder. While this was grinding up i had the oil heating up on Low. Once the green was powered I dumped all into the pan and let it sit and heat. I would stir and make sure it was moving about every 10 mins. After two hours I pulled the oil off, strained through a cheesecloth and added the oil, eggs and mix. Poured into little muffin cups and made a dozen brownies. Needless to say these things were just plain vicious. You could split a muffin sized one between four people and be JUST fine. Eating a whole one gave you the superhuman power to stare at the plasma and attempt to play fallout 3. Anything else was just not gonna happen.
So, I have found a happy medium using 15 grams of mid grade you can split a brownie cake with someone and be good. I use them as a gym helper. Eat half of one and go hit the treadmill or the mats. What I am wondering is where can i improve my process? I refuse to use or even lay hands on brick weed. I have a limitless supply of a blueberry/kush mix that i can use the trim or the buds.Ideas for making them better? or ideas that can help?
