this a hypothetical situation just because I don't know my available space but lets say 4by4 veg room and 4by4 flowering room.

Well if space is an issue you could top the plants or tie them down, A lot of people seem to prefer tying them down because it doesnt stress the plant out as much....I will look for a useful link for you if you want to do this.

8 foot ceiling, but what I was worried about was the sativa dominant strains ie. Kali Mist are going to stretch while the indica dominant ie. White Russian are going to stay short making it difficult to keep the light an even distance from the tops of the plants. Meaning lesser quality buds.
Anyone used a technique called jogging? Have any info on it?

Egads man is that four plants in one pot??
you could just flower them all together and hope one is a boy, then you'd get tons of seeds and you could save a lotta skrill

Thats one plant "jogged"
I believe the technique is to let the plant grow 6-8" then tie it down or use those long staples and just continue around the circumference of the pot until you make a circle. Then flower it and it becomes a bush like that.

thats what triptonic was talking about. jogging is lst(popular name most ppl call it) lst= low stress training.
just do that to the sativa doms to keep them at the same top height as the indica doms

This was my plan, yet it would throw my veg time off on the plants, the jogged plants will take longer won't they??

no they still grow the same .by doing that your keeping the height down, not the maturity of the plants.as long as you start them at the same time i dont see why, besides if some just naturally grow faster. but thats not a problem.just keep the tops at the same height. and your good to grow.

Just throwing this out there but why don't you just put the smaller plants up higher(put a book or two underneath it) to level it out with the larger plants.
