coconut and bamboo bong

how would i go about making one of these? i want it to have the base be a coconut the the shaft bemboo

how should i drill the hole in the coconut? i dont have a drill even close to the size of the bamboo. also what would be good to hold it together and keep in air tight?

i got a pretty bad ass idea for the bowl i am going to use bamboo for it also. i am going to basically make it like a corncob pipe. i just have to go get a smaller piece.

alright as you can see i have plenty of length of bamboo so i will probably make it pretty long,

for the bowl i am going to make it like a corncob pipe sticking out of the bong. see how the nodes of bamboo are like corn cobs?

i started by scraping the green skin from a length of the bamboo. i think it looks alright.

i guess it will look something like this when im done exept it will have a bowl

i guess imma smoke another bowl and dig the flesh out now ill show pics of it when i am done. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. as ive seen pics on the internet of bongs similiar to this but have no clue what im dong =]
