 How fast do San Pedro sprouts grow?

Well, I have a bunch of seeds I'd like to plant of mostly San Pedro.
I have heard they can grow two feet a year, so should I expect my sprouts to reach nearly 2 feet in a year or do they at first grow a lot slower?
and is the 2 feet a year thing an "average" speed or growth, or is it at the very best?

lol they don't grow 2' a year from seed, if ever.
if you can get them to 2" or 3" tall in the first year that would be pretty normal.
it will take like 2 or 3 years for them to really get going.
when they are big mature plants, then you can expect some very rapid growth, depending on your climate of course.
12" - 18" of growth per season is a more realistic best case scenario.

depending on location weather and if it's potted or in the ground!!!
if it's in the ground chances are it will grow much faster!

all right thanks.
So, I guess I'll be expecting to have my sprouts about an inch by the end of the summer.
if it is a bigger pot, will it make much of a difference?

for seedlings not really but once they get bigger the more space the better!
