it depends on tolerance and size of pod. but if you just eat that shit probably once or twice with no tolerance

1 pod yields roughly 80mg smokable material. Enough for 1-3 good hot knife hits. Oral dosages vary but generally anything below 3 pods will be ineffective.

It isn't that bad compared to a lot of other things.
think about cacti for producing mescaline, or a lot of other plants for what they produce. 80mg in a pod is a pretty high alkaloid content.
