Is this some way to increase your seratonin levels or increase your roll on ecs.? I know about 5htp but that's expensive :p

that's the only thing i know of. i'm sure there's something else out there but if 5-htp is out of your price range then you might be SOL

I'm pretty sure the first roll I had included MDA because I was off the wall.  Colors were much more pronounced and the flowing water kind of reminded me of tripping.  I think the walls and such were breathing a bit also.

It was awesome
