planning new flower room

so i'm going to section off about half my bedroom to become a flower room, i'm tired of this closet BS, I NEED SPACE.
the area im sectioning off is 61x113 inches (5'1" x 9'5"). I'll be throwing up another 600w hps identical to the one i have already (lumatek digi ballast, hortilux bulb, sun system yieldmaster II hood).
what i'm not sure abut is whether to stuff two 4x4 tables or two 3x3 tables in there. my gut says to go 4x4 because once i put in movers (when i have enough money) i'll cover that space solid, and until i do, the low yields in the space that doesnt have much coverage will still be more than if i just ran 3x3s
planning to vent by having my duct chain go: carbon filter-->hood 1-->hood 2--->exhaust into attic. will use a 452cfm 6" vortex for the job.
i have my 20 site aero cloner that has space to add about 10 more sites to it, and i just built a 25 site with space to add 16 more, so i'll have ~70 clones rooting at a time, may increase that number by building one more big (80-100 site) cloner as well.
will convert my closet that i'm growing in now to just a clone/mom room. could veg in it but i'm planning SoG in the flower room so it wont exactly be necessary.
the flower room will be a frame built with 2"x4" lumber, and panda film walls (zippers for doors).
i'm undecided on whether to run two 50gal reservoirs or one 70 gal and have it used to water both tables but timed so only one table is drawing off it at a time.
will be using 4-6" pots of coco, 4 plants per square foot.
now tell me what im about to do horribly wrong so i dont do it

You sound like you have a great plan there. One thing that comes to mind is odor control; how will you deal with the smell?

carbon filter on the beginning of the duct chain (so in front of the first hood). forgot to mention that.

Where are you placing your fan in that chain? Placing it at the very end is not a great idea as any smell that leaks into the lights would be exhausted with the scrubbed air, lowering the effectiveness of the carbon filter.

im figuring that given they are brand new hoods with rubber gaskets and ill be hose clamping the ducts i should be fine, but i could put the carbon filter at the end of the chain after the fan i guess.
