 Apartment Lease need help..................

I've tried searching for information on this but couldn't get my exact answer that I was looking for. If I keep calling the people who run this complex about fixing my AC and they never do would that be legal grounds to get out of my lease with out having to go through lawyers courts and such? I know if they don't fix the heat that would grounds for it but I'm not sure about AC because it's a luxury not a necessity.

t hasn't gotten too hot yet but it will even though I have no where to go or the money to put down on a place but if the chance shall arrive I want to find a way out of the lease with out owning them a bunch of money.

honestly man, be a man and go talk to the manager. dont be nice about it, but dont be a dick either. you have to let them know youre not a bitch and that your shit needs to be fixed. sometimes with things like this you gotta drop the dick. good luck.
That never worked the only thing to do is call so much that they get sick of hearing your voice. They just don't care this place has been under 3 or 4 managements in the 3 years I lived here, now they are under a whole new owner. I haven't had to use my AC yet so it's not a problem but it will get hot, my AC got stolen anyway so I need a new one.
