Moving into my new place tonight!

Well just spent the last 2 hours on the phone with different people trying to get moved out of my old place and moved into my new place

I cant wait, my new roommate seems cool as fuck so its all good

That's awesome, How are you liking it? Tonight im pretty much just meeting the guy, and getting the keys. I still have to house sit the dog while my family is in Hawaii so I wont be officially living here until the 20th

Yeah man its been a complete headache since the semester ended. But it will be nice to have my own freedom again, even if im further off campus (it's about a 1 1/2 miles away but there is a bus stop across the street and ASU gives us a free bus pass)

The place is pretty awesome. I have my own big room with a private bathroom and huge walk in closet

The only shitty part is that I have to smoke on the balcony, but rent is only 350$/mnth and I was previously paying 670/mnth

Glad you are in and happy with it. Know what ya mean about the smoking part. That would drive me nuts. I hardly ever go visit two of my very best friends because the one who owns the house won't allow shoes or smoking inside even though until recently he smoked himself. I like being comfortable.

The thing is his place is so cool in every other way. Very close to me. Secluded and high on a hill over a private pond. Nice projection system and other cool things. I can get drunk a crash there anytime I want. I just can't get comfortable because of those two little things.

Yeah man, I completelyy feel you. Im glad he isnt about shoes. I love wearing my shoes around the house. I agree about being comfortable. The no smoking thing could be a bit whatever but theres a balcony and i can always smoke other places or when he isnt there. I dont think he'd care if i was just high

Yeah. My buddy allows smoking weed but doesn't want things yellowed from cigs. I can understand in a way but I couldn't live that way myself. He has a huge screened porch right off of the main room so that works but it is cold here and I like smoking while talking and hanging. I really enjoyed hanging over there when I wasn't smoking but I haven't at all since I started back. I so need to quit again and stay quit.

they are neither smokeless nor odorless. its not true smoke but its white like weed smoke, it smells like weed smoke.

With my friend I figure it's his place and he is paying a mortgage for it with value in mind so I respect his rules as I expect people in my house to respect mine.

Maybe one of those small window fans that fits the window with it pulled down on it and the fan blowing outside? A 'smoking' table and comfy chair right in front of it. At least for your room.

That would depend entirely on who might possibly suspect what I guess. If you are talking about your roommate he may be OK with it if ya talk to him. If neighbors are a concern that may be different. Would have to be there and know more of the situation to say.

i had that exact same view from the 3rd floor one time. it was cool except our balcony you could just walk up to from the stairs. and also the view included a straight shot to a cop who lived directly across the parking lot that was constantly harassing us

yeah if ur gonna smoke inside, it's all about exhausting the smoke ASAP

so either a fan to blow it out the window, or best yet:

I have found that an Ionic breeze right next to the vap is a win.

just dont be a douche and smoke in the bathroom and blow the smoke into a TP tube stuffed with dryer sheets.
I caught one of my roommates doing that once, before he knew I smoked and I took all his weed from him for being a fag.

someone has to take care of the dog
and I fugured I would rather them pay me to do it
