read title;
wanting to make sure that tere is not built up salt in my DWC cup-containers, so I added a little H2O2 to my flush water (instead of paying $17.50 for a bottle of clearex) think this will help dissolve some salts? I change the tub once a week

I don't think that peroxide will dissolve salts any better than plain water does.

well, it will add some extra oxygen which is good too, flahbwahjaja... lol

nah, i definately do not see it making it worse. Its difference is an unstable extra oxygen molecule; its not going to hurt the plant in the small dilution that it was used, just oxygenate more over time. tomorrow is the dry day so we'll see how it comes along.

oh man, I don't know why but I was thinking epsom salts. I was reading some coco thread using epsom salts over at icmag at the same time.
h202 breaks down into water and oxygen
