i have no doubt it was positive. i saw that i failed it. thats the crazy part. either my PO didnt know how to read it or he felt sorry for me cuz my 1 year probation was fixing to stretch into the 4th year lol

So did you see the instructions or something? I don't understand how you could know with out seeing them unless you had taken a saliva test before. Also anyone I knew that failed a drug test while on probation went to jail thats they way it works around here, no exceptions.

no i didnt see instructions. i didnt need to. it was the same as piss cups. where one line is the test line and the other in the control line. 2 lines = pass, 1 = fail (or vice versa, i cant remember). but anyway, i looked at it and i had clearly failed for marijuana. but like i said, my PO was fucking retarded. i think he already had all my paperwork to get off and didnt want to go redo it all.
either way i got off. getting off probation ftmfw
