if your goal is to reduce the flowering time of the plant, then as others have stated, it's not possible, but if you're under time constraints, there is a way to accelerate the process. you could shorten the 'days', at least from the plants point of view.
once your ready to switch to flowering mode (with the help of a timer with at least 9 separate on/off settings)you can setup 18hr 40 min days (or cycles, as i call them) with 12 hrs of darkness and 6 hrs 40 mins of light. if you do the math, you'll see that it divides nicely into a week, making nine days (cycles) in a week, at least from the plant's perspective.
In your case, your plant will still finish in 75 days (75 18hr 40min cycles), but it will only take about 58 calender days.
but, of course, if your plant is only seeing 6 hrs and 40 mins of light per day as opposed to the standard 12 hrs, you'll see a significant drop in yield, but she'll be ready for harvest that much sooner.
and no, i didn't just make this shit up, just google 18 hour day. there's a company called harvest master that sells equipment based on this concept.
