No, you need a bluetooth card for that...
What kind of phone, and what does the power plug look like...I may have a cable so that you can connect it via USB.
Or you can buy a USB bluetooth adapter, or you can install a bluetooth thing inside of the PC.
If you tell me the exact phone I may can hook you up with some good stuff especially if its a motorola or blackberry.
