That sucks. Everyone talks on their phones while driving in Indiana. It's not illegal, and there are actually more car accedents because of it. It should be your right to talk while driving, or not wear your seat belt.

isn't it illegal in most states to talk on your cell while driving? unless you have a bluetooth or whatever. i know in cali and ga it's against the law
