 When to trim plants

The plants are growing and growing.
So any advice on when or how to trim.

Size of the garden, strains being grown, yadda yadda kind of need to know that stuff to help ya.

A 1000 watt HPS with 46 kids under it. 8 to 12 inchs tall.
Strain: bagseed
Just thought I would ask for some in generaly advice. Know its time to let light to the lower levels.

Well if your about to cut the lights back I wouldn't trim the plants. Now if your gonna let em veg out a bit then maybe.

Yeah, if your going to keep veg, I would say, cut back most of your fan leaves. Anything that seems to big. I usually only leave a few fan leaves towards the top.

This veg time would of been good to know a week ago. This grow is a learning thing. Am on 12/12 now will stay here. No more triming in this grow.
