a few years ago, before i had a car, i was walking through a parking lot to catch the bus and we see 4 guys jump out of 2 separate cars and slam one guy onto the hood and another guy is grabbed and placed into hand cuffs.
i sit back to watch for a little and i guess 2 officers searched one of the vehicles and pulled out a metal box that looked like the size of two phone books. i see the guy open the box and pull out a bunch of baggies. i had to leave after that cause the bus was coming.
what i don't understand is there are cheap ass hotel rooms you can get for like 30.00 and they never think about using that shit.
