I have two hydrohuts, great customer service, the product can be a little bit of a PITA to setup the first time however. I'm not head over heels in love with it, but it does it's job. I think one of the biggest flaws with it is that the actual canvas is not that sturdy. After about 2 years of use, being setup and broken down, cleaned, etc, there's small tears in the corners and a few zippers have busted.
Like the person above said it's cheaper to build your own, but, if you don't mind paying for convenience go ahead and buy a tent.
