 the angry "i hate my boss" thread

So, i ended up making an ass out of myself and my bosses boss (so two bosses above me on the ladder) today in front of my entire department. I hate working for idiots... He has a degree in political science and I work for a financial institution and I'm a political junky and I spotted him being a politician during a meeting versus being a vice president. So he can't answer questions about why our department is doing so bad or why things aren't working the way they should so that we, my department, can actually do our job. Then he just circles questions and I pointed it out that he isn't resolving issues or even stating that he will, but that we have to find a way to just work around it and somehow produce results w/o a way to be productive. it just irritates the living shit out of me that I work for an idiot! so i passed out early around 7'sh and now it's 1:00am and i cant fucking sleep! ahhhggghhh I was so heated I was red in the face which doesn't happen often and I am still agitated about this.
anyone else work for an idiot? i need a fat spliff right about now, good thing i have some left.

My boss is awesome. I work when I want, keep track of my own hours, and have extensive freedom as he never breathes down my neck.

I work at a pizza place and the owner is the biggest stupid idiot ive ever met. The good thing about that it everyone is way smarter than him, so he just stays out of the way most of the time. My manager is a pretty nice guy, but he is annoying at times. He never has to tell us what to do, because we do our jobs perfectly. I don't really like him that much tho, because he is one of those super football, super sorts finatic. Im into weed and sci-fi, world of warcraft and music, so he thnks im weird and give me a had time about it.

God damn I feel lucky after reading this shit. My boss rocks, he brings beer in for us every Friday (sometimes more often), doesn't care how much weed I smoke on the clock, doesn't bitch about me showing up late every day, and is probably the coolest person I've ever worked with.
Small business, FTW.

my old boss at pizza hut was cool as hell. i had his permission to sell weed throughout the kitchen and we'd smoke him out in the dining room after we close  ahh the good days

i've had a job in a warehouse where they didnt care if me nad my friend smokes weed on the back shipping dock. just baked all lunch lol
