While I was browsing over the main site info I found this pic of soil being prepared for seeding. What is this liquid being poured over the starter soil? Is that diluted coffee?

i know when i water plants i like to use the water thats been run thru the plant.
dont know why theyd have that much of it, but could be that too

Annom, I have heard tell of seedbanks shipments being screened by US customs, or perhaps they just feel like limiting their shipments to the US but don't mind pocketing the money? How reliable is sannieshop seedbank?
