oh i read your pm, it won't let you send.
either research expansion or build your trading port to level 3, then you should be able to. one of those did it for me.

ok something is fucked up.
i have 3 cargo ships, none of them are loading or in transport it says. but when i go to transport goods i can only pick a maximum of 2, when before i could do 3. it also took the 100 crystal and 100 marble out of my account... i'm confused. let me know if you get it

also to any new users:
researching Conservation gives you marble. USE IT WISELY. i would say put it all in the trading post but I am still building up mine to find out if that is the best choice. do not use it for anything else!!! yet...

yeah you guys obviously wouldnt be expected to fight in the war, but I think its pretty cool that we are about to have a massive war to establish dominance in the alpha server. especially for me

 building up my trading post to level 3 did allow me to find other resources, but only sulfur from 1 user.... gonna have to build up more it seems.

yeah i'm gonna have to send you more marble if you can't get any trades with level 3.
be building up and stocking up on that gold ecnase you can buy. guy wants 25 gold a piece for his sulfur and i saw prices KP posted earlier in thread, very high.

maybe it'd be better to build a palace and start a colony?? anyone know? says it's expensive but at least you might have a constant supply of whatever resource.

that is your best bet. try to establish a colony of a worthy resource. usually marble and wine are the 2 most wanted supplies

looks like the consensus on the forum is.. for these resources we should have been building up an army and pillaging for them. guess i wanted to bypass this step lol.

i would stick with what KP said, build a colony. fighting would take a long time and probably would be unsuccessful at first, at least on my island.

fighting is actually very simple. you send your troops to a designated town and they battle, you dont actually have to control anything. but you would want to be built up fairly solid first.
