Calibrate, I just spent the last two months researching..alot about L.E.D's, so if you have any questions, I'd be more than happy to answer, but let me leave you with my conclusion on L.E.D's:
Taste: Excellent (nothing burnt) Yield: Sub-Par Growth: Substantial and quick
Good for vegging, not so good for cropping. 
Procyon's are bricks, and the best LED's because they use CREE HID LED's, but you can really build one yourself for 1/4 the amount if your good with circuit boards/engineering.
Anyways, if you decide to invest in LED's, I'd reccomend doing it only for vegetative for now, with supplemental CFL's or Cold UV cathode lighting.
