I don't recall any headache, but I think larger doses can dehydrate you, which could make it worse (dehydration causes most of my headaches).
I'm skeptical about its use as an anti-nausea pill... the recommended doses (on the bottle, not recommended tripping doses) of dimenhydrate and diphenhydramine both just turn me into a zombie, then I pass out.
